Rating by category:
Rooms are nice and spacious, very close to facilities, restuarants and shops.
Easy to find Well designed apartment Were given a room upgrade Excellent kitchenette
I like the quiet location and the access to the bike/walking path and easy walking access to woolworths and restaurants.
Showers are a bit small.
Parking was great, location, all good.
The security Trevor's Eatery nearby in Dickson
We would have like to see the gardens a little tidier and freshen up. Somehow, despite the good security - it felt a little 'prison like' for us.
The facility was very good, clean with very good service
Friendly staff and location
The staff was very friendly but forgot to tell me that there was a lift and we dragged our suitcases up to the Second floor from the car park.
The bed was extremely comfortable and easy access to room from basement.
No bowls etc to use in the microwave, bedroom a bit cramped with king sized bed.
Quiet. Easy parking. Secure. Short car trip to all the attractions ie galleries, War Memorial, Parliament House etc.
The lighting. Only one bedside lamp. No lamps in the living area only overhead which made it a bit gloomy at night.
The staff were friendly and helpful, good location
First room was a disaster in a closed alcove outlook dirty room tired and very dark second room bit better but very tired cupboard under sink water leak and smelly if I had booked direct would have got better room and cheaper
I had cash to pay but it was put on the card I'd used for booking, although it was book now pay later, so incurred the credit card fee??
Close to everything, comfortable & trendy
Great location -easy to find . very quiet - indoor heated pool was a bonus in chilly Canberra days!
Breakfast at weekend starts at 8am so with a 7 yr who wakes at 6.30 it was difficult to keep her waiting til 8am!
walls are too thin as far as noise from neighbours
It was a low cost for accommodation.
The rooms are looking old and the bathroom was small - particularly the area for the wash basin.
